About this place
This 100 year-old lighthouse is one of the more recent lighthouses on the Costa Brava and yet one of the most important because it not only serves to light and guide any sailors on the coast, but it also is the home to the Center of Interpretation of Lighthouses of the Mediterranean. The museum explains everything that lighthouses have represented throughout history-- the life of its keepers, the architecture, lighthouses in literature, and in cinema… You’ll quickly learn that what you thought was an ordinary thing is really so much more.
