The north of Spain is known for its ¨pintxos¨ which are basically tapas on top of a slice of bread, A.K.A heaven on a stick. This is the place to get them in Barcelona. At 1.90€ a pintxo, it’s a steal and will make your taste buds very happy.

Our favorites

Pintxos: churrasco with chimichurri, fried codfish with teriyaki, shrimp with sesame sauce, pork loin with mustard, artichoke tempura with romesco sauce, and the sweet cheese with blueberries pintxo for dessert.

Top Tip

Pintxo bars usually charge you at the end of your meal depending on how many toothpicks you have. Also, they’re known for pouring refreshing cider in a very unusual way at an arm's distance. Don’t try this at home, kids.
