BIG TERRACE APARTMENT IN BARCELONA

Pasamos un excelente fin de semana, el apartamento es precioso y tiene una terraza enorme. Tuvimos que esperar a que acabaran de limpiar el apartamento porque llegamos a las 13h, antes del tiempo establecido, pero nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades y fueron muy amables con nosotros.

Fabuleux appart qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour à Barcelone. Situation idéale, tout confort, parking très appréciable. Idéal pour famille.

Kristjan a été disponible par téléphone. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maite qui a été particulièrement patiente avec nous (on s’etait trompé de rue, du coup en retard pour l’arrive) Elle nous a montré tout le fonctionnement de l’appartement et a été de très bon conseils pour trouver des restaurants sympas autour. L’appartement a tout ce qu’on souhaites et est bien entretenue. Le parking dans l’immeuble est un plus sachant que le métro est à 5min à pied.

Nous avons été très satisfait du logement et de l'accueil. Immense terrasse très appréciable. Qualité de la literie impeccable.

Très bel appartement situé à côté de commerces et non loin d'une station de métro. Quartier calme, idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Séjour très plaisant

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé et très propre. La terrasse est immense et très agréable. Le quartier est sympathique, on y trouve de nombreux commerces et le métro est à 5 minutes à pieds. Nous avons reçu un accueil formidable. Un grand merci!

La casa è in una posizione strategica per visitare Barcellona. E' dotata di ogni confort, pulita nuova, supertecnologica, assolutamente compatibile per due famiglie. Meraviglioso terrazzo. Supeconsigliata

Kristjan and Ana's place provides great accommodations: the place is ideal for a small group like us (4 people). It is comfortable, spacious, clean, and with complete amenities. The area is quiet and safe and near the train station. We were lucky to arrive during the fiesta and witnessed the parade with gigantes and brass band. We enjoyed our stay very much. Good value for money and will surely recommend to friends.

L'alloggio di Kristjan e Ana è situato in un quartiere molto carino e tranquillo, ben servito da mezzi pubblici (autobus e metro a 5 min a piedi) e da servizi (farmacia e supermercato davanti alla casa stessa). In 10/15 minuti, con i mezzi pubblici si arriva nelle zone turistiche. L'appartamento è più bello di quanto appaia in foto, è grande e confortevole, con aria condizionata centralizzata. Al nostro arrivo era molto pulito e profumato. Kristjan e Ana sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato varie informazioni sulla città e ci hanno accolto molto cordialmente. Insomma, alloggio in cui tornerei molto volentieri!

El piso y sus comodidades todo estuvo perfecto, mobiliario bien cuidado y todas las facilidades de un hogar. 

I stayed at the flat with a group of friends for a 5 day holiday. The apartment was really nice, and the terrace in particular is great. Krisjan and Ana were very friendly and helpful, picking us up in their car when there was a taxi strike and leaving beers in the fridge. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous apartment and so well set up for travelling with kids. Great to have a comfortable port a cot. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

Appartement très agréable avec une grande terrasse idéale pour les enfants. Tous les commerces sont au pieds de l'immeuble avec des parcs pour enfants à coté. Metro a 500m. 1 place de parking en sous-sol. Super séjour ! Merci

super séjour ! l'appartement est grand et la terrasse immense ! très agréable pour se détendre au soleil et prendre les repas . bonne localisation, a 10min à pieds du métro et des bus et environ à 5 stations du centre ville . à recommander sans hésitation !

El vecindario es muy tranquilo y los vecinos especialmente silenciosos. La casa es genial y Ana y Kristjan hicieron todo lo posible por que nos sintiéramos como en casa incluso pasando la Navidad fuera. Los niños lo pasaron estupendo en la gran terraza. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

L'appartement est vraiement spacieux et le nombre de places est réellement de 8 avec des vrais couchages. Une terrasse énorme rien que pour nous. A deux pas du métro, à recommander vivement.

En el apartamento de Kristjan y Ana se alojaron mis padres y hermanas que vinieron a visitarme. Tuvieron una experiencia formidable. La descripción de la casa es exacta. La terraza es fenomenal aunque no pudimos hacer mucho uso de ella. El barrio, que es en el que vivo, es tranquilo y familiar, autentico y lejos (de momento) de las hordas de turistas. Una experiencia muy muy recomendable.

très bon séjour a Barcelone, le logement est très lumineux et propre bien situé par rapport au métro 2 minutes a pied de la station congres , complètement adapté a des enfants ; les 2 salles sont réellement un plus pour loger a 2 couples La grande terrasse est un bel atout en toutes saisons pour profiter du climat doux de Barcelone le quartier est très calme et Maïté est vraiment très sympathique. a notre arrivée elle nous a accueilli avec un plan de la ville et nous a conseillé

Nous avons été bien accueillis par nos hôtes. Appartement conforme à l'annonce. 

Logement dans un quartier un peu excentré, ce qui ne pose pas vraiment de problèmes grâce à la proximité du métro. Appartement propre, spacieux et agréable. Je n'ai pas de points négatifs à ajouter.  

Très bon accueil de Maïté. L'appartement ressemblait totalement à la description et aux photos. Pas du tout déçue, nous le recommandons vivement. Quartier très calme avec le métro tout proche. Nous avons passé un super weekend barcelonais !!

Our stay at this apartment was really awesome. Maite, the hosts sister was really helpful and easy to reach and the flat was amazing. Enough space for everybody, kitchen is equiped really good and the terrace is a perfect place to hang out. It´s not in the center, but for visitors who know Barcelona already and look for something more relaxed in a more authentic neighboorhood - this is the place. Supermarkets and nice catalan bars and restaurants are just across the street, Metro with a direct line to plaza catalunya just a few minutes to walk.

Una excelente experiencia . El departamento es muy como y bien ubicado, con dos supermercados abajo, mercado y metro muy cerca. Ademas con una terraza inmensa que permitía pasar las tardes de calor, sin sentir que estas en un apartamento. En cuanto a los anfitriones muy bien, se preocuparon de nuestra llegada y nos permitieron sentir total independencia durente los 15 días que pasamos en el apartamento.

La calidad de la casa es muuuy buena, es muy comoda para mover entre los sitios y los dueños son muy majos. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans l'appartement de Kristjan y Ana. Le contact téléphonique a été très sympathique, le choix des horaires de depart et d'arrivée n'a posé aucun problème. L'appartement est propre, moderne, grand, fonctionnel (grands placards + cellier) et très bien équipé (idéal pour 2 familles de 3): pot pour bébé, chaise haute, micro-onde, four, lave-vaisselle (avec les pastilles de lessive), dans un quartier calme, avec des parcs pour enfants, des supermarchés, la poste au pied de l'immeuble, et la station de métro à 5 min à pied pour aller rapidement dans le centre-ville. La grande terrasse est un vrai plus tant pour laisser les enfants jouer que pour se détendre entre amis. Bref, nous y repartirions avec plaisir! Un grand merci pour tout!

Genial el apartamento y sobre todo, la terraza! Los anfitriones muy atentos. Lo recomendaría, sin duda.

Un très chaleureux accueil par Maïté, soeur d'Ana.
Appartement très fonctionnel pour 5 personnes avec ses 2 salles de bains, au 1er étage (avec ascenseur!), bien sécurisé, dans un quartier très calme, à deux pas de 2 petits supermarchés, à 5-8 min à pied d'une station de métro (Congres).
Super terrasse parmi d'autres terrasses au centre du paté d'immeubles (mais dont on a peu profité car tous les jours, découverte d'un quartier de Barcelone). C'est vrai qu'il n'y a pas de "vue" sur Barcelone, mais on se sent vraiment intégré à la vie des habitants.
Merci d'avoir pu vous adapter à nos horaires d'avion, d'avoir réservé les taxis pour l'aller-retour à l'aéroport (45 euros pour 5 avec valises ) et d'avoir réagi si vite pour le souci de literie (même si non concluant, nous savon

El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en la descripción. Todo muy limpio y organizado y sobre todo nos dieron todas las indicaciones de uso del apartamento. Los anfitriones un 10 puesto que nos ayudaron y resolvieron todas las dudas que tuvimos. La verdad es que todo el grupo coincidimos en que nuestra estancia en este apartamento ha sido extraordinaria. Recomendable 100%

The apartment is located in a quiet location but with good access to public transport. Equipment of the apartment is very good, we lacked for nothing and to this huge terrace - the perfect place to relax in the sun Barcelona!
The rooms are clean and spacious, two bathrooms.

The apartment was great, very spacious, very modern and quiet, with a fantastic large courtyard. It's in a nice neighborhood with lots to see just a couple of subway stops away. Definitely recommend it!!

Thanx to Ana and Kristjan, they were great hosts, very friendly, always on call if we needed anything. We loved this place. Even at the end of October we were able to have dinners outside on the terrace. The terrace is huge, lots of playground for the kids.
  Great help was the washer, dryer and dishwasher (since we were two families there). Easy to stay 9 people in this apartment.
  Metro stops for Orange, Blue or Red line like 7 minutes walking distance. Til the Rambler / Diagonal is like 9 stops (10-15 minutes).
  Around the building are lots of restaurants, Fruit stores. Right next door and right across the street are huge grocery stores. Very convenient.
  Would definitely love to stay here again next time.

We were four friends and stayed for three fantastic days here. Kristjan and Ana were just great! They were really helpful and flexible with our arrival. I know the maximum is 5 stars, but I would seriously give the apartment 10 stars. We were all very impressed about it and actually asked ourselves why are hotels still a thing, when you can rent something like this instead! Kristjan and Ana, see you in our next vacations in Barcelona! Thank you for receiving us!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Barcelone et l'appartement d' Ana et Kristjan y a contribué. Nous avons été reçu par son fils qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires. Très bien situé, proche métro, super market, pharmacie... L'appartement est très calme, il y a tout le confort. Nous étions 5 voyageurs, et d'avoir 2 salles de bains est un vrai plus. Nous avons profité pleinement de la grande terrasse pour les petits déjeuners et le soir pour l'apéro. Ana reste à notre écoute en cas de besoin pendant le séjour.

Thank you Christian and Ana, for clear operation. Apartment liked us. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Private underground parking off all questions about car parking. Location of apartments is very convenient - within walking distance of 3 Metro stations. Supermarket next door, which is very convenient.

The hosts, Ana and Kristjan, have been so nice and helpful from day one when we contacted them through Airbnb. They did everything they could to meet the needs of our large family and then some. They helped us to get a ride from the airport to the apartment and back, and were at the apartment at arrival and departure. At arrival they showed us a map with the area around the apartment, how to use the metro and which attractions we should see while staying in Barcelona. The apartment is perfect for a family with small children and the area was quiet and nice and close to the metro. We would definitely recommend the hosts and the apartment with the large terrace:) Thank you Ana and Kristjan for 7 great days in Barcelona - hope to see you again someday - bless, bless ;)

Quartier typique et assez calme où l'on se sent en sécurité.

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé. Anna et Kristjan nous ont très bien reçus, ils sont très attentionnées et soucieux du confort de leurs invités. L'appartement est encore mieux en réalité. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter du soleil d'avril sur la grande terrasse. Je recommande.

Un grand merci à Ana et Kristjan pour leur accueil ainsi qu'à leurs nombreux conseils qu'ils nous ont promulgués le jour de notre arrivée. L'appartement est idéal pour une famille recherchant un quartier calme, mais bien desservi par les transports en commun. Le parking privé au sous-sol de la résidence est un vrai plus. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Pour les beaux jours, l'immense terrasse à disposition est génial, on y mange et on y joue. En conclusion, un séjour réussi.
