Because we want you to feel safe in your accommodation, from check-in to check-out. This is why we are going to accentuate the services we already had such as exhaustive cleaning and we created the new FastPass service, so that you enter the accommodation without running into anyone.
Cleaning and laundry services are done by our own team. We have always offered this service except that now, it will follow the new protocol recommended by the Ministry of Public Health.
FastPass: Check-in without having to meet up with someone. Get into the majority of our homes with an electronic lock through an app. Some clients don’t want to meet up with someone from the team to get into the house. Now they have even more reasons not to ;)
