About this place
Whatever your beliefs, this neoclassical style church is worth a visit. It was built in 1755 to filter the town's churchgoers from the cramped old church in the Vila Vella since the town was expanded beyond the walls. After some damage during the Civil War, it's been restored and has recovered its former beauty.
Top Tip
The plaza is also a great place to sit back and people watch and let your kids play. It’s also where L'Espai is so come on by to say hello!
