About this place

The “Camino de Ronda” gets its name from the Spanish maritime guards who patrolled these coastal paths and prevented smuggling. Today, there’s less pirates and more hikers getting their blood pumping & taking in the views.

From Tossa, there are two paths that you can take:

North Route:  Tossa de Mar → Cala Giverola

This 2 hour walk (one way) leads you to 3 different beautiful coves for you to choose from: Cala Bona, Cala Pola, & Cala Giverola.

If you can't muster up the strength to return on foot, you can go back by boat from Cala Giverola. Buy your ticket in advance here.

South Route:  Tossa de Mar → Cala Llevadó.

This hour walk (one way) leads you to the viewpoint of des Cards for a photo op, the cove of Molto for a quick dip, and passes the island of Sa Muladera.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Athletic shoes & Clothes
  • Sunglasses & hat.
  • Water & snacks.
  • Some cash.
  • A charged cell phone.
