NICE APARTMENT IN BARCELONA

Appartement très cosy, très propre et très bien situé dans Barcelone (proche station métro). L'endroit est plutôt calme. Il est aussi très bien équipé.  Nous avons passé un super week-end. Mention spéciale à Maité pour son accueil (parle super bien le français) très chaleureux et qui nous a donné de très bons conseils (tickets de métro, visites, adresses de restaurants, ...). Un grand merci encore à elle !

We were welcomed by the owners sister, who gave us a detailed and very professional introduction to everything we needed to know. The apartment is located in Sant Marti and is very well located. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you'd need. Lots of plates, cooking equipment etc. Brand new dish washer. Good sized fridge freezer. The shower is good and the beds comfortable. We were a family of 4 with two older teenage daughters. There is a nice bread shop near the metro station and as well as local supermarkets there is also a Lidl not too far away.

Fantastic communication, welcoming gave us lots of great information. Place´s location is great. Metro is close by, autobus station, grocery all walkable distance. Perfect for a family of 4-5.

The hosts were very nice. They took their time with us and gave us some good tips. They helped us with our queries throughout our trip. We were fortunate to be able to witness the catalan referendum movement during our visit and hear our hosts views on the same. However, we were also unfortunate, as there was a strike during that time and our hosts were helpful and gave us some updates on transport, etc, when we inquired them. The apartment is 20 minutes off the main city centre by metro and is in a residential part of tow. The apartment is advertised as it comes with a rooftop pool... we had a goo barcelona stay Cheers

The appartment was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend in Barcelona. The description was accurate, so there were no bad surprises. The appartment was clean and tidy with all necessary supplies. There were 3 rooms with double beds. There would also have been the convertible couch. For our group of 4 (1 couple) just perfect: We planned for 6 people that would also have worked - of course the bathroom might have been a bottleneck :) We arrived close to midnight and were warmly welcomed. Food lovers will be interested in the supermarket closeby with a fresh market selling cured ham & cheese. While the appartment is not that close to city center, it's easily accessible by metro - station 5 minutes walk and about 15 minutes to town. After midnight there are night-busses but we ended up using a taxi (~15 EUR...) All in all a great stay.

So close to the Metro, pool was great with a gorgeous view of the entire city. Friendly hosts! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for a great stay in your lovely apartment

Amazing location as far away from the city with children so peaceful and quiet with metro stop 2 mins walk away. Loads of supermarkets to get ingredients for meals for our fussy eaters All in all value for money and couldn't have asked more of the hosts who were excellent communicators and gave us their full attention - thanks

L'appartement est à 15 minutes du centre en métro (station SAN MARTI à 500 mètres). La vue de la terrasse sur la ville de Barcelone est remarquable, la piscine, un peu petite, permet de se rafraichir. Accueil par le personnel Let's Holidays fort sympathique. L'appartement est un peu petit pour une famille avec 3 enfants, mais on arrive à s'organiser. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Really lovely place to stay, slightly out of the town centre but close to public transport and very easy to get around. Great communication from the hosts! Good selection of bars/supermarkets/cafes in the local neighbourhood. Also just a 20 minute walk away from the beach! Would stay and Kristjan and Ana's place again.

Never met Ana, but met her sister Marite who was super nice and helpful. The apartment was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked, the wifi connection was great and even though the location is not in the center, we thought it was convenient since it is only 2 blocks to the Sant Martí metro station. The neighborhood is quiet at night so you can party in the city and still come back and have a good night's sleep. Bathroom had good water pressure and hot water that lasted through 6 people showering. It was a good stay made better by a very nice host.

Appartement sympa, bien équipé pour un court séjour, idéalement placé, proche de toutes les commodités, accueil et service impeccables. Nous le recommandons car très bien situé sur la ligne de métro "principale".

In general, everything went as promised and we have a great stay. The hosts were quite responsive and tried to help to all our requests. There's air conditioning and heating (everything as described on the listing). Towels and bed linen are included. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was quite clean in general (specially the bathroom).

Kristjan Y Ana were very flexible with our late arrival time. The apartment was cute and clean and near a metro stop. We had a great time in Barcelona.

Maite's recommendations and help was invaluable and the house had plenty of information for us to use. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the pool great. We enjoyed the view from the pool, a good place to get your bearings from and a perfect place to watch the thunderstorms.

Loved this place! This was an ideal location where you're close to the subway if you want to travel all over and you get a real feel for the city that you can't quite get in a hotel. Communication was outstanding and VERY prompt. And the suggestions were on point. Nice apartment with all the necessities to make you want to stay in after a long day of tourism. I'd definitely return in the future.

The host was very helpful and mapped out all of the transportation to major sites and attractions upon arrival. The place was clean and the pool deck was very nice.

This is apartment is a great place to start with, to discover Barcelona, to learn about the city, the food, the drinks, the people. Every morning and every evening we enjoyed a dive in the small but refreshing pool... Hopefully we find the time to come again.

Ana heeft voor ons het luchthavenvervoer geregeld. Zo is onze eerste keer in Barcelona al meteen perfect van start gegaan. Het appartement is klein maar netjes, goed voorzien van alle gerief om er kort te verblijven. Goede keuken, goed toilet, douche was wat minder qua afvoer, kleine kamertjes maar we hebben vooral genoten van het mini-zwembad met uitstekend zicht op de stad. Elke ochtend en avond een frisse duik, meer hadden wij echt niet nodig. Barcelona is een echte wereldstad met fantastische architectuur, mooie stranden, lekker eten, goede drankjes en vriendelijke mensen. De ontvangst van Ana is zeer hartelijk, we kregen meteen zeer veel tips. Ook de lokale handelaars waren zeer behulpzaam, de buurt is eerder rustig maar de metro is vlakbij. We hadden het geluk om in een beginnende tapasbar (casals & family) veel uitleg te krijgen over de hapjes en drankjes. De mevrouw is een zeer goede kok, en barman David is zeer hartelijk.

Dpto comodo, ordenado y limpio. Maite nos aguardaba con la llave a pesar de llegar antes de la hora de ingreso con agua y vino, guias turisticas, mapas y demas recomendaciones muy utiles a la hora de llegar a un lugar desconocido. Estuvo disponible en todo momento y contesto todas nuestras dudas o inconvenientes no relacionados solamente con el apartamento.

L'appartement est a 3km de la plage et le métro est a 500m me l'appartement. Tout est accessible facilement et les indications de l'hotes aident à trouver ses marques.

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement, le quartier est parfait. Suffisamment éloigné des zones très touristiques pour éviter la foule, très calme et chaleureux, à 15 - 20 min à pied de la plage (beaucoup moins en transport), à 5 min du métro qui place les quartiers à visiter à moins de 30 minutes. La piscine au 15ème étage est petite mais géniale, surtout pour les enfants. Les barcelonais du bâtiment et du quartier, que nous avons croisés, adorables. L'appartement est fonctionnel, quelques détails à régler, mais je suis sûr qu'Ana et Kristjan vont s'en charger.
Barcelone est une ville géniale que je recommande absolument.
Je confirme il faut aller sur la Rambla du Poblenou, mais surtout se promener dans le quartier de la Grazia

The apartment is very good and well equipped. Altough it is located outside the city centre, it's very near Barcelona underground station so very easy to move to city center, and the area is very quiet. good experience and suggested!

Nice well presented flat at a great location within walking distance to the beach. Also the pool on the rooftop is nice with a great 360 view over the city. On top of that, Ana and Kristjan are amazing hosts. They did everything to make sure our stay was good including making brochures customized to our requests and needs. They are always available, happy and helpful. A real pleasure to meet them.

Great stay in Barcelona! There were 6 of us so utilised the fold out couch and still the apartment was plenty big enough. Enjoyed the usual perks of air BnB - washing machine and own space is great. Pool a definite bonus though we didn't use it as much as we would have liked. Beach, supermarket close by - 15-20 min walk and a 5-10 min walk metro into the "city" though we walked it a couple of times (50 mins). Hosts were fantastic, friendly, helpful and communicative.

We were very happy with the appartment which, although a little smaller than it appears on the pictures, catered to our needs as a group of 6 friends.

The living room was perfect for our group. Especially the expanding table turned out to be very useful for a group breakfast.

The kitchen was very well-equipped and clean and the dishwasher (with tablets!) proved very useful for a group of 6.

The spacious bathroom was very clean and pretty.

The hosts that were there for check-in and check-out were very friendly and welcoming and answered all our questions.

We would definitely come here again!

Kristjan Apartment was well located in the city centre which is near to the metro. The apartment was clean and cozy as shown in the picture. My friends and I enjoy a lot in her apartment and i would definitely recommend travellers who plan to visit Barcelona to stay over her place.

The host was very nice and the house was fantastic with a very good location. In overall a very good choice and I recommend it!

The taxi service from the airport was excellent! The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. We were welcomed by a friendly co worker of Kristjan and Ana. Everything went well. We had a really good time in the apartment and in Barcelona. The neighbourhood is quiet.

Kirstjan and Ana were excellent hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate us and resolve small problems, like a missing hair dryer. They made us feel very welcome.

The neighbourhood is quiet, but offers an opportunity to see the part of Barcelona that isn't dressed up for tourists, and is a couple of blocks from a main metro line that will take you downtown, to La Sagrada Familia, or most of the other attractions.

L'appartement est proche du métro et il est facile d'aller partout dans Barcelone depuis ce logement. L'appartement était confortable et tout ce qui est nécessaire en vacances s'y trouvait. De plus, ils nous ont prêté un lit bébé et une poussette ce qui nous a bien rendu service.

We stayed at Kristjan's and Ana's apartment for 7 nights. The place was big enough for 2 adults and 3 children. The swimming pool didn't work but we were aware of that before our trip. Everything else was great. We liked the neighborhood and compared to staying at a hotel we felt like we were part of the local people's life. It was very easy to catch the metro and tram. There were also a couple of good grocery stores close to the apartment. The hosts were very friendly.

We had a wonderfull stay during the Sonar event! The appartment was very tidy and it had everything me and my friends could ask for. The hosts Kristan and Ana were very helpfull finding our way to the appartment. As our flight to Amsterdam left in the evening we even got the opportunity to have a later check-out with no extra charge! Thank you Kristian and Ana for the great service!

We have stayed in Kristjan and Ana's "Schönes Apartment" with my family (my parents, my brother, his friend and myself -> 5 adults) for 1 week around Eastern and we were all fully satisfied with our accomodotion.

We had the impression we are staying in friends' house who let us stay there while they're away.

The appartment is cosy and clean and well equipped and it looks as pictured on the photos.
It was absolutely enough for us, 5 adults and I have to state I had really good sleep there, so at least my bed (I didn't ask the others) was very comfortable :-)
The only thing we were missing was a hair dryer. At least we could not find any.

"Schönes Appartment" is located in a residential area where you are among "locals" and can get the feeling of everday life of a Barceloners.

Ana & Kristjan are super kind, gentle, polite and attentive hosts who are definetely recommended for your trips to Barcelona! The apartment fully matched to the description, was clean and stylish. Ana & Kristjan were very helpful giving us personal recommendations about the nearest supermarkets, farmacies, bakery, etc. Ana even collected for me the information about the best Spanish baby milk (formula) to feed my 3 months old son travelling with us. You will never remain without support with such hosts and will never regret about your choice!

The apartment was very clean and we found everything we needed from towels to some food in the fridge. The hosts were very nice and even picked us up from the airport. The apartment is a little far away from the city center. But nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The view from the roof is stunning and if you're lucky, you might even be able to take a dip in the pool.

Kristjan and Ana were wonderful hosts! They helped my friends and I very much by leaving us several maps and guidebooks for the city. Their apartment was beautiful, had everything we could have possibly needed, and was so conveniently located. I would absolutely recommend staying with them.

Kristjan was very helpful with any questions we might have and giving us suggestions where to go. Location may not be central, but the rooftop swimmingpool more than makes up for it. The amenities in the apartment. Highly recommended.

Proche du métro et des bus qui permettent d'aller un peu partout très facilement. Beaucoup de petits commerces sympas et bons dans le quartier.

Beaucoup de doute au départ comme je ne connaissais pas ce site, mais au final un très bon séjour à Barcelone.
Des hôtes vraiment très sympathique, très arrangeants pour les horaires d'arrivé.
Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel, et prés du métro. Les hôtes nous avaient préparés un livret avec les choses à voir, les lignes de métro, les endroits sympa de Barcelone...Bref ils nous ont très bien accueillies!!!

I absolutely recommend this apartment! Ana and Kristjan are the best hosts, and so much better than any hotel concierge. They really made a difference. There were three of us staying at the apartment for 4 days and we were very comfortable. I will definitely go back!
