CENTRIC APARTMENT IN BARCELONA

I have just returned from a great weekend break in Barcelona. We stayed in Centric apartments and I give them 5 stars. Great place to stay for 7 guys on a stag weekend. Two bathrooms was a big plus for us. Lovely kitchen but we didn’t use it. Close to the metro and very central. Good local restaurants too. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

An easy check-in was the beginning of our enjoyable stay at the flat in Gracia. When Maite welcomed us to the flat, she took the time to explain features of the flat and to recommend places in the Gracia neighborhood and sites in the city. The flat was very convenient to shops, cafes, BAKERIES, and even a craft beer shop, as well as the Metro. The flat itself was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. As with most city flats, the rooms were a bit small, but the beds were very comfortable, and our 4 adults and 2 kids (14 and 11) had no problems with space. The wifi could handle several users at a time. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great time at Kristjan and Ana's place in the wonderful Gracia area and highly recommend it.

Nice apartment in a wonderful neighborhood where more locals, and less tourist are! Very clean! New floors, kitchen and bathrooms. Was comfortable for family of five adults. Great location to walk, or take public transportation to eat, shop or see the beautiful sights of Barcelona. Everything is very close!

The apartment was a good size for our 6 person family with 2 bathrooms and ample beds. Location was great near the subway with shops and restaurants nearby (and from the main tourist thoroughfare). Maite was a gracious host and gave us valuable information about getting around and places to visit.

The apartment was in a great location in the beautiful, residential and non-tourist filled area of Gracia. It was just a short few minutes walk to the metro and lots of shops and cafes, with only a short walking distance to the main streets of the city. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, we experienced no problems at all. The hosts were great with communication and giving us information about the city/travel - especially because one of our group had a broken ankle. They helped us book taxis to and from the airport and were quick to reply to any questions we had.

Kristjan Y Ana are seriously one of the best host we've ever had in our Airbnb experience :) They are very friendly and on the check in made you feel very welcome and explain / answer all your questions in details. The apartment is very clean and tidy, and with all the equipments available, there are no complaint from us. I will certainly be back here with my family when we decide to visit Barcelona again. Recommended!!!

The place is centrally located. Walking distance from Fontana Metro station. The hosts are fantastic and would definitely recommend staying with them again. The accomodation is well-appointed and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the La Merce festival. The accommodations were more than ample for our group of 4 (two couples). Marti met us to check us in and gave us a wealth of information about how to get around the city and which sites to see. The proximity to the metro station made it easy to get wherever we wanted to go. We also enjoyed the restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Ana was an excellent host very helpful and informative.
The apartment was beautiful clean and spacious and the location was fantastic and close by to everything. A very safe neighbourhood and secure building. Lots of food places and cinema on your doorstep with beautiful shops within a walking distance as is fontana station. Would definitely go back and recommend anyone to stay here if in Barcelona. The beds very comfortable and lots if space in the wardrobe to put away clothes.

We had a great experience during our stay in this apartment. he location is very convenient. Having the Fontana station close was a plus! Our host Maite was amazing. The apartment has all you need, towels, kitchen utensils, good TV, air conditioner, dishwasher, laundry, etc. I really enjoy being there.

Me an my friends were welcomed by Kristjan's sister upon our arrival. She is very nice and hospitable, and spent a lot of time providing us all the useful information about the city; plus, she even helped us with booking taxi service before our departure. All of us really appreciate her hospitality and hope we can stay in this apartment again! This apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and is close to the metro station. All of us highly recommend this apartment.

Accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte, Barcelone est une superbe ville.
L'appartement correspondait exactement à la description et photos présentes sur le site. Le quartier est un peu bruyant la nuit ce n'est qu'un petit inconveniént est bien desservi par le Métro.

Great apartment in a great area of Barcelona. Away from the heart of Barcelona where all the tourists go but easy to get to via buses and or subway. Nice quiet neighborhood where the locals live. The apartment is well furnished with comfortable beds and the cutest kids bedroom! I specially liked the "booklet" the host provided with all the vital information about where to go in Barcelona and how to get there. We met the sister's host and she was very accommodating and welcoming! Also the bottle of wine was great!

The house is outstanding, in one of the best neighbourhoods of the city (Gracia), and walking distance from all means of transportation to anywhere in the city! We were a party of 8 and felt pretty comfy throughout. Thanks!

Tres bon appartement pour un groupe de 6 a 8 personnes et un tres bon accueil avec de tres bons conseils de restaurants et activites locales a quelques pas du metro pour rejoindre facilement le centre de barcelone

Stayed six days with my wife and 2 kids 7 and 11, clean apartment, central location, metro three min walk, bus stop just 10 m away, many Garcia shops and restaurants, fully equipped kitchen with pots , pans, cutlery etc.

Только вернулись из Барселоны и пока свежи впечатления,решили оставить отзыв о прекрасной квартире, где мы провели целую неделю.Скажу сразу-описание более чем соответствует действительности:очень уютная,чистая,свежее постельное белье и по 2 больших полотенца на каждого.Территориально очень удобно расположена:все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности и всего 1,5 мин до метро.Хозяева очень доброжелательные, по заселении все рассказали,порекомендовали интересные места и на карте подробно рассказали как до них добраться.Кузня полностью укомплектована и техникой и огромным количеством посуды-мы каждый день готовили вкуснейшие креветки и ели бодественные фрукты!Рекомендуем всем!!!

Nice, clean appartment at good location near metro station. Perfect for us (4 adults, 4 children). All very well equipped although we didn't even use the kitchen. Communication with owners was very good.

Logement conforme aux photos et à la présentation, très bien placé et très fonctionnel pour 7 personnes. L'appartement était très propre. Le quartier très pratique et commerçant. A noter le bruit de la rue très passante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Recommend this apartment 100%! Very nice hosts, apartment and location. Kristjan and Ana replied to our queries very fast and were very flexible on our changes. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and had everything you would need (towels, bed linen, cutlery,etc...). Metro and bus stops are very close, however, location is so good that we barely used them. Thank you very much for such a nice stay. I will definitively repeat the experience when I come back to Barcelona :-)

Ana sangat responsif dalam memberikan informasi. Meskipun kami tidak bertemu langsung dengan Ana, namun kedatangan kami disambut dengan baik dan hangat oleh adiknya. Apartemen memang tidak terlalu luas, namun kondisi apartemen sangat bersih. Penghangat bekerja sangat baik, peralatan memasak cukup lengkap, tempat tidur nyaman dan dilengkapi dengan selimut dan kasur yang empuk. Wifi bekerja dengan sangat baik dan cepat. Lokasi apartemen sangat dekat dengan mini market, stasiun kereta Fontana, halte bis, restoran dan toko-toko lainnya. Jarak ke Placa de Catalunya juga hanya 10 menit naik bis. Sangat mudah aksesnya.

Christian nos esperó fuera del edificio para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas. Eramos 8 y estuvimos muy bien allí, el apartamento es precioso y el barrio también. Pocas veces realmente necesitamos usar el metro, el cual estaba a una cuadra de allí. Muy fácil llegar a cualquier lugar. Christian y Ana fueron muy amables y atentos todo el tiempo. Muy recomendable!

El apartamento esta fenomenal,nosotros eramos 8 personas, 4 niños y 4 adultos y hemos estado perfectamente. No le falta de nada, electrodomesticos, toallas...todo lo necesario. Está muy bien comunicado porque tiene 2 paradas de metro muy cercanas y un supermecado enfrente. Ideal para familias que quieran visitar Barcelona.

Gospodarze apartamentu Kristjan i Anna to bardzo sympatyczni ludzie,miło nas przyjeli, udzielili cennych rad i wskazówek co do pobytu w Barcelonie. Okolica bardzo spokojna, blisko do stacji metra Fontana umożliwia swobodne poruszanie sie po Barcelonie.

El trato y la información sobresaliente. El barrio bien comunicado, a 10 mn caminando en Passeig de Gracia. Con todos los sevicios ( tiendas, metro, bus...).

We were meet by Kristans sister who was amazing. She helped us with location of where and how we were going. And it's the only Europe stay that had a washer and dryer. The apt was as discribed and we had a great time in Barcelona

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans l'appartement d'Ana et Kristjan! L'appartement correspond aux photos, est très agréable, fonctionnel et situé à proximité d'un métro. Les quelques bruits de travaux dans un immeuble voisin en journée n'ont pas douché notre enthousiasme! Ana a été très disponible au téléphone et via le net. Nous avions été reçu par Leifur le fils d'Ana qui nous a vraiment mis à l'aise tout de suite.
Merci Ana et Leifur de nous avoir permis de nous sentir à la maison et vivre une expérience formidable de découverte de Barcelone ! C'est à revivre dans cet appartement !

The stay in the apartment was great. We were greeted promptly by the host who gave us all the necessary support and was on hand to assist us in case we needed it. The apartment is excellent, well equipped, very well located and safe. It is a few steps from the subway and in a very nice neighborhood, with options of restaurants, markets and nearby bazaars. Moreover it is easy and quick to get around to the main points of the city. Super recommend it.

The apartment is SO nice !! There was 7 of us staying in total and all really liked it here! Had 7 days in the apartment, really good location in Gracia and a 2 minute walk from Fontana tube station. Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and café's all near by, and a really nice place to loose yourself in the surrounding streets. Kristjan was really welcoming and helpful!! He gave us some maps of how to get around and gave advice on places to visit and how to get there from the apartment. The balcony is a really nice place to relax and have a few drinks! All rooms were a really good size and comfortable, and you have all the amenities you need (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher etc.) Would DEFINITELY recommend this apartment, one of the nicest places have stayed in, and good value for the money! :)

The apartment was clean and according to the description. The location was perfect for us, because the atmospheric streets of Gracia and Fontana metro is right next door.
 
 Ana was very helpful in all matters and responded to messages immediately. We were in every respect very pleased with the visit.

Nice apartment in a great part of Barcelona. The apartment has everything needed for feeling at home. The district around consists of beautiful little streets and squares, and a lot of restaurants and shops. It's very close to many tourist's places by both metro or foot. Ana and Kristjan are great and were helping us with everything we needed to make our stay perfect.
And yes, thanks to Ana, Kristjan and Barcelona itself, we had a perfect week in this beautiful town :)

Communication with Ana and Kristian was smooth, fast and efficient. They followed up quickly to our questions, arranged transportation from the airport, have good recommendations of the area and welcomed us exactly at the agreed valid at time. Highest recommendations from here!
