The apartment is located in a very quiet area, less than 2 minutes walk from the beach, with easy and flat access.
Only 7 minutes walk, you have a large supermarket, and a variety of restaurants.
After 10 minutes walking, the beautiful shopping area begins, with all kinds of shops.
Tossa is a beautiful and quiet town, with a lot of charm. Ideal to travel with your couple, family or with the kids.
It is one of the most beautiful town in all Costa Brava, where you can steel feel the little old town atmosphere and where is not allowed to build tall buildings.
Besides enjoying the beaches, there are a lot other things to do. For example: walk around the old and narrow streets from the walled town "Vila Vella", go to the lighthouse and relax at the "Bar del Far", while you enjoy the incredible views of the rugged coastline and the cliffs. Walk around the comercial area, full of little shops, incredible tours to the mountain, bike rides, ship tours, visit all the little and hidden beaches around, and so many other things we can recommend, according to your needs.
For young people there are nice things too. There are no big discos in Tossa, but there are a lot of nice musical bars where you can enjoy nice moments
Tossa is a little town, where you can find all kind of shops and services.
For your staying, its not necessary a car, because distances are really short and go all across the town will take you no more than 20 minutes walking.
However, if you are interested in visiting the surroundings, we do recommend a car.
We have cribs and high chairs. Please request it in advance. Costs 30€ for the hole stay.
HOW TO GET
You can reach Tossa by:
Own car or rented.
Bus, from Barcelona or Girona City, and from their airports aswell.
With train you can only go to Blanes, and there you can take a bus to Tossa
Nearest airports are Barcelona (100km) and Girona (40km).
It will be a pleasure, to suggest the best option, depending on your landing time, you departure place, if you come with kids or not, etc. Please do not hesitate on asking us.

DO NOT USE THE INSTANT BOOKING
Before booking, ask us to accept the group. If you are a young group and you book instantaneously, it may be possible that we cancel the reservation and that you loose the service fees.
If we accept the reservation a specific contract for young clients will be signed at the arrival.
ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED
-You need to provide us an e-mail address.
-We need to know at what time you will arrive, your flight number or by which means you will arrive to the apartment.
-As dictated by the law of our country, you will fill up a form that we will send a few days prior to your arrival, with information about each occupant
AT THE ARRIVAL
-If there are any changes concerning your time of arrival. It is important that you let us know as soon as you can so that we can reorganize ourselves.
-If you want us to meet you at the apartment you will have to give us a call 30 minutes before your arrival (no messages, please).
-Otherwise you can pick up the keys at our office during working hours. These can vary depending on the season.
-At the arrival we will read the electronic counter in order to verify the consumption after your stay. Electricity is included in the price if it is used within normal parameters. If you make a responsible consumption of the electricity there will be no extra fee.
-At the check-in you need to pay the tourist tax for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 16 are exempt.
-Is mandatory that all the occupants identify themselves at the check-in.
-You will need to sign a basic rent contract that is mandatory in our country.
-The person who made the reservation must be one of the occupants and must be the one signing the contract.
DURING THE STAY
-You have to follow all the indications that we will give you at the arrival regarding the good use of the property.
-We will furnish some basic elements for the first few of the days (toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, a sponge). Once they are finished you have to buy your own products.
-Our towels can not be brought to the pool or the beach.
-Animals are not permitted in the properties.
-It is forbidden to smoke.
-Parties in the properties are prohibited.
-If you don’t comply to these norms or if we get complaints from the neighbors, you can be evicted immediately from the property without necessarily being reimbursed.
-Before the check-out : the dishes have to be cleaned and you have to throw the garbage and the remaining food. If you don’t want to bring with you food that is still in its packaging of origin, our team will make sure that is not thrown away.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The check-in time starts at 3PM and the check-out time is until 11AM.
-Late check-in : 30€ after 9PM
-Late check-in : 60€ after 11PM
Depending on the availability we can have certain flexibility :
-Early check-in: 30€ before 2PM
-Late check-out: you will be charged 50% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM.
-Late check-out (high season): you will be charged 75% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM.
REMARK: The norms are the same for all of our properties. When we mention the air conditioning, the pool or the beach we refer to the properties that have access to these utilities.
The non-compliance of a norm can lead to the retaining of the security deposit.
Here are some advises to avoid any problems with the security deposit return:
-Do not host more people than the ones you have indicated in the reservation.
-The stay time of your day visitors can’t exceed the 50% of the time of your occupancy.
-Be respectful and careful with all the elements of the property.
-Throw the garbage, throw the remaining food and clean the utensils before you leave.
